FLOOD VICTIMS DONATION PROGRAMME

The Information Technology Centre in collaboration with the Staff Welfare Club, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the ‘Flood Victims Donation Programme’ on 5 January 2015 in Temerloh, Pahang. This programme involved a total of 40 UTHM students and staff, as well as 100 members of the local community. The programme aimed to aid flood victims by providing them the basic daily necessities. Activities such as gotong-royong, health checks and distribution of daily necessities were conducted. UTHM provided transportation for the programme. A sum of RM500.00 was allocated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM 4,399.20
