The Vice-Chancellor Office, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised a funeral management workshop on 17 November 2016 at UTHM Sultan Ibrahim Mosque. The programme involved 30 UTHM students and staff with 20 local communities. The programme aimed to expose participants on the theory as well as the practical aspects of managing a jenazah (deceased), right from the time of passing until the burial. UTHM provided transportation, audio-visual and digital equipment for the programme. A sum of RM300.00 was allocated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM1,374.40
