The Islamic Centre, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised an Islamic Talk and the lunar eclipse sunnah prayer on 4 April 2015 at UTHM Sultan Ibrahim Mosque. This programme involved 300 UTHM students and staff, as well as the local community. It aimed to expose the participants to the methods of conducting the lunar eclipse ‘sunnah’ prayer and its significance. It provided new knowledge and experience to those who have never performed this prayer. A sum of RM750.00 was allocated for this programme and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM8,494.00
