Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) is the first TVET university appointed by the UNESCO to implement TVET Capacity Development programme for the major leader of TVET institutions in Islamic Republic of Iran. The programme is a collaboration between UNESCO-UNEVOC Bonn and Tehran UNESCO Office, funded by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The programme was organised in Singapore, giving 18 senior managers and major decision makers from TVTO and Iran Instructor Training Centre (ITC), exposure to TVET administration system, digital innovation, entrepreneurship ecosystem, green practice, and IR 4.0 implementation via academic and industry visits.
