A strategic collaboration to enhance academic, research and technology innovation internationally between UTHM and Tashkent State Technical University, Uzbekistan was forged via MoU recently. In addition, three well-known universities from Uzbekistan namely Samarkand Davlat Arxitektura Qurilish Universiteti, Tashkent State Transport University and Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute signed the LoI with UTHM for student and teaching staff exchange, as well as strengthening collaborative research and develop academic programme in line with the SDG recognized by the UN.
