UTHM continues to strengthen its commitment to community socioeconomic development through the implementation of more than 350 community engagement programmes since 2022 to 2024. The programme vision is to make Batu Pahat district as Community Model 5.0 as well as supporting the Johor Sustainable Development Plan or PPMJ 2030.
