UTHM-MASTRAK MoU for customers experience of national rail ecosystem

Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) and MASTRAK Sdn. Bhd. have sealed the deal via MoU signing that will establish innovation, research and development of railway industry to the next level. This collaboration is also to strengthen the academic competency in the field of resilient built focusing on customers experience (CX) of national railway services.
