The Centre for General Studies and Co-curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the Program Gema Budaya on 2 December 2016. The programme which involved 60 participants aimed to enhance musicianship and creativity in playing barrel drum as well as knowledge sharing with the local community. UTHM provided the venue and musical equipment for the programme. Activities included musical performance by UTHM and Johor FM as well as various contests. A sum of RM856.00 was donated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM1,656.00
