The Centre for General Studies and Co-curricular, UniversitiTun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the Gempak Amal programme from 3 December 2016 to 3 February 2017 in UTHM. The programme involved 31UTHM students and aimed to encourage the students to become entrepreneurs and provide assistance in becoming entrepreneurs. A sum of RM310.00 was allocated for the programme. The total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM1,006.88
