The Centre for General Studies and Co-curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the ‘Semarak Kasih’ (a community service programme) on 24 November 2016 at TASKA Adik Bestari, Parit Raja, Johor. The programme which was carried out by 52 UTHM students and staff, involved 40 children of the kindergarten. The aim of the programme was to establish cooperation between UTHM and the kindergarten. The activities involved were ice breaking, aerobics, group trainings (on self-management and first aid) and explorace. UTHM provided transportation and programme equipment. A sum of RM580.00 was allocated for the programme and the total cost,in-kind and cash, was RM1,748.96
