The Centre for General Studies and Co-Curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the Electrical Wiring Skill and Sign Language programme from 25 to 26 November 2016 at the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education (FPTV) Laboratory, UTHM. The programme involved 30 UTHM students and staff with 35 members from the local community and 40 students from Dato Seth Secondary School, Batu Pahat. The purpose of the programme was to expose the participants to electrical wiring skills and sign language as well as establish cooperation between UTHM and school students. Activities conducted were electrical wiring and sign language classes. UTHM provided the laboratory and electrical wiring equipment for the programme. A sum of RM2,215.00 was allocated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM4,288.60
