The Assistant Vice Chancellor Office (Industrial & Community Relations) in collaboration with the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the ‘Student-Community Engagement – Website Development and Viral Video’ project from 1 to 5 March 2016 in Muar, Batu Pahat and Kluang. The programme that involved 25 students and staff, aimed to expose the participants to online business strategies, produce a portal and viral video as well as train them to become online entrepreneurs. The activities conducted were hands-on training, SME research and development of website/viral video. UTHM allocated RM 49, 000 for the programme. The total in kind cost was RM51,610.00
