Earth Week 2016 – Save The Earth, Save Our Life

The Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM-UTHM) in collaboration with IPM Sdn. Bhd. (Green Run) organised Earth Week 2016 – Save the Earth, Save our Life from 19 to 28 March 2016 at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). The programme involved 635 UTHM students and staff as well as 365 members of the local community. It aimed to raise awareness on green technology and among the activities conducted were road shows, tree planting, car shows, charity concert, green run and factory visits. A sum of RM24,910.00 was allocated for the programme and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM167,658.00
