The Importance Of Mathematics In Life

The Faculty of Science, Technology and Human Development, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised a talk on ‘The Importance of Mathematics in Life’ on 30 January 2016 at UTHM. The programme involved 32 UTHM students and staff, as well as 250 participants from the local community. The programme aimed to provide exposure to UPSR candidates’ parents on the importance of mathematics and to motivate them to improve their children’s achievement and excellence in mathematics. The total cost of the programme was RM4,319.36
