The Centre for Student Housing & Transportation and Perwira Residential College, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised a gotong-royong with the local community on 17 October 2015 at Taman Pintas Jaya, Parit Raja. It involved 130 UTHM students and staff, as well as 150 members of the local community. The programme aimed to eradicate dengue fever cases in the area. A sum of RM943.00 was allocated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM5,486.00
