The Centre for General Studies and Co-Curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organised the Funeral Management based on the Islamic Perspectives programme on 26 November 2016 at UTHM Sultan Ibrahim Mosque. The programme involved 34 UTHM students and 40 students from Sri Gading Secondary School. It aimed to equip the participants with knowledge and skills required in funeral management. Theoretical training and practical sessions were conducted during the programme. UTHM provided transportation, audio-visual equipment and also equipment for funeral management for this programme. A sum of RM340.00 was allocated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM 2,104.32
