The Centre for General Studies and Co-curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) organized the Soft Skills-Connect programme on 19 November 2016 at Pintas Raya Primary School, Parit Raja, Batu Pahat. The programme involved 22 students and staff with 80 school students. It aimed to expose the participants to the implementation of daily activities and produce independent individuals as well as create stronger bonds among the participants. Among the activities conducted were ice breaking, aerobic, origami, rope knots, singing, and Kim’s Game. UTHM provided transportation for the programme. A sum of RM210.00 was allocated and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM1,954.56
