The Centre for General Studies and Co-curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia organised the Tautan Kasih programme from 10 to 12 November 2016 at Kg. Haji Ghaffar, Yong Peng. The programme involved 30 students and staff, and 200 communities. It aimed to instill leadership qualities in youths, contribute to nation-building, engage in community service, develop self-esteem and foster team work. A sum of RM300.00 was allocated for the programme and the total cost, in-kind and cash, was RM4,248.80
